Artist's Description

This beautiful valley in New Mexico is the result of a volcanic eruption that occurred more than a million years ago. The result of that eruption was this 13 mile wide bowl or caldera. Located 80 miles north of Albuquerque, NM the Caldera National Preserve is a great place to spend time hiking and just soaking up the beauty.
